Infrastructure

Kasturba Gandhi College is located in an extensive campus. The classrooms of Degree and Postgraduate are housed in 3 different blocks within the campus.

Block B is extensively for the Commerce Department and the laboratories of the Computer Science Department. These spacious well-equipped laboratories are for the use of graduate as well as postgraduate students.

The Social Sciences (Arts) and Sciences (Physical and Biological) have their classrooms and laboratories in Block A. This is also where administrative offices are located.

The entire Postgraduate sections are in the Silver Jubilee Block, which comprises of spacious classrooms and comfortable Seminar Halls equipped with Audio-visual aids like OHP and LCD projectors. This block also houses a separate Postgraduate library.

Library

The college has a well-stacked library for Graduate & Postgraduate students with more than 50,000 books, catering to the curriculum as well as to general knowledge. The students have the benefit of updating their knowledge on a range of subjects with the help of national and international journals, magazines and other periodicals.

Audio Visual Room

An Audio Visual room was recently added to the extensive and versatile infrastructure of the college. It is equipped with a TV, a DVD player with surround-sound system and a collection of educational DVDs. The room can comfortably accommodate around 100 students.
