Conducted by: ATraC Managegement Services Pvt. Ltd., an organization which offers Psychometric Assessments & Testing, Counseling, Coaching and Mentoring and Learning and Development services to its individual and institutional clients. It has its head the prgramme method included group activities, presentations, role plays, case studies and discussions. It is expected to improve Teaching-Learning abilities by enabling the teachers to –
- Identify the characteristics of an effective faculty
- Address the specific learning tendencies among students as distinguished from those of teachers
- Make classroom teaching more interactive
- Facilitate effective team dynamics for students and
- Develop strategies for brand-building of the institution
